Tim Bogert Interview!

Hi Everyone,

Great news! Last night, Tim Bogert granted the site a lengthy telephone interview. He's doing well and living comfortably in a new home in the mountains of California.

He's been busy working on his two Harley Davidson motorcycles which has been a passion of his for years.

He's got a new track released on a CD in Japan(but not here in the USA though, sorry!), and is underway with a new CD. Tim told us about his partnership with Carmine Appice, the Cactus years, BBA and Jeff Beck, and on Vanilla Fudge...

"I'd love to play with 'the boys' again."

Watch for the interview to come after we transcribe 2 full hours of tape. Hear about all this and much, much more!

Pete

Hi Everyone,

Tim's interview is just about done. My heartfelt thanks go to Bill and Casey for all the work they did on it. I could not have done it myself at this time. It should be up in a day or two, so stay tuned!

I'm leaving Saturday, August 16th, with my lovely wife Jean, and our 6 year old twin boys, Matthew and Adam for a fabulous two week vacation in Switzerland! We're very excited! Our six year old twin sons have never flown before so they're hopping around the house like jumping beans in anticipation. If I'm lucky, I'll get to sneak out of my hotel at night and find a nightclub with live music so I can sit in(tee-hee)!

Take care everybody and I'll be back on the 31st!

Rock on!

Pete

While your at it would you get us a bunch of photos of some of those neat Swiss Cheese Hostesses? You know, chicks with names like Hildi and Helga who have long braids? Thanks! ;-)

BTW, Pete, be sure to pack some extra Thunderbird and Mad Dog for your trip. I don't think they import the finer wines into Europe anymore. I'd hate for you to get over there and have nothing to help you get to sleep at night after a long day of hob nobbing with all those hot Cheese Hostesses!

Looking foreward to it. You be careful too, keemosabe! Your Pals, Bill & Casey
