Tim Bogert was
born in Manhattan in August, 1944. Certainly one of the most
innovative bassists to come out of the 60's, Tim's work contributed
greatly to the Fudge's unique sound. The bass work on Paradise (Renaissance)
was nothing less than masterful. "Our music speaks for what we
feel.", Tim said in 1968. Far Out. For 18 years Tim was on the
faculty of the Musician's Institute, which describes him as having
"long been at the center of the evolution of rock bass".
